Adding Emoji in Google Spreadsheet
To use Emoji in Google Sheets, all you need to do is visit a website called Emojipedia.
Once you are on the website, you will have to copy your favourite Emoji and paste it into Google Sheet.
In the above picture, you can see that we have successfully added Emoji to our Google Spreadsheet.
If you want to add Emoji to Google Sheet with its name then keep it or else you can remove it manually as you can see in the above picture.
Adding Emoji In Google Docs
To add emoji in Google Docs, you will have to follow a few simple steps:
- Open Google Docs on your PC.
- Click on the Insert tab.
- From the drop down menu, click on the Special Characters option.
- Now, you will have click on the ‘Symbol’ option as shown in the above picture.
- When you do so, a lot of options will appear on the screen.
- To add emoji to Google Docs, select ‘Emoji’.
- You can also click on the ‘Arrow’ drop-down option located next to ‘Symbol’ and select Emoticon.
- But this time, the number of Emojis you get is very limited (see in the below picture).
If you are using Google Docs on your phone and want to add emojis then you can simply add them by using your keyword.
If you are not seeing the emoji that you want to use then use the box saying ‘Draw a symbol here’ and draw the emoji that you want to add.
When you draw your favourite emoji, you will get multiple options on the left side.
