Since there is no official way to recover someone’s deleted tweets, I discovered multiple third-party methods to do so.

Finding someone’s deleted tweets is straightforward. However, if you don’t know the procedure then follow the steps written below:
First, visit the official website of Wayback Machine.
Once you are on the site, enter the Twitter profile URL of the person whose deleted tweets you want to see.
Once entered, click on the Browser History button.
Now, you will have to select the data when they posted the deleted tweet.
When you do so, you will be shown the deleted tweets with photos and text.

2. Twitter Archives
The second method that can be used to recover someone’s deleted tweets is Twitter Archives.
To find deleted tweets using Twitter Archives, you will need to follow a few simple steps:
First, open Twitter.com and log in.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will have to click on the ‘More’ option.
When you click on it, a bunch of options will appear on the screen, select ‘Settings and privacy’.
In the Settings window, you will have to click on ‘Your account’ and then ‘Download an archive of your data’.
When you do so, you will be asked to enter your password to verify the identity.
Once entered, click on the Next button.
Once you have successfully verified your Twitter account, you will have to click on the ‘Request archive’.
When you click on it, you will get a message informing you that you will be notified when the archive of your data is ready to download.

3. Twipu.com or Twuku.com
Twuku.com, which was previously known as Twipu, is one of the best platforms to see someone’s deleted tweets.
Note: Twuku is a third-party website, which is why I don’t recommend you use this platform to recover deleted tweets.
To see someone’s deleted tweet on Twuku, you will have to follow a few simple steps:
First, visit the official website of Twuku.
Once you are on the site, you will see the interface of this website is a bit similar to Twitter.
To find Elon Musk’s deleted tweets, you simply need to enter his username.
After entering his username, you simply need to hit the Enter button.
Doing this will show you all deleted tweets of Elon Musk.
Apart from using these methods, you can find celebrities deleted tweets on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
There are multiple third-party tools or platforms available on the internet that allow users to find someone’s deleted tweets but they are not safe and trustworthy and that’s the reason why we have mentioned them here.
