Under the Advanced Security section, you will find the ‘Withdrawal Whitelist’ option.
To enable the Withdrawal Whitelist option on Binance, you simply need to click on the ‘Enable’ button as shown in the above picture.
When you do so, a prompt will appear on the screen informing you that if you enable this option, your account will only be able to withdraw to addresses on your whitelist.
